Standard Rates:
2 nights stay @ $165 per night*
3+ nights stay @ $110 per night*
(Cottage not available for 1 night accommodations)

Security Deposit:
Pre-payment of $150 is required upon reservation by calling 440.466.0227. This payment must be made by credit card and a refund check will be issued 24-48 hours after check-out. Final payments is due at time of check-in. Forms of payment include VISA, MasterCard and Cash or you can pay by personal check payable to "Elijah's Cottage."
POLICIES
*Rates based on 5-person maximum. No exceptions!
*Bed tax is included.
Cancellations:
If cancellation is 21 or more days prior to reservation, $50 of the security deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee and $100 will be refunded by check. For cancellations made 20 days or less up to the reservation date the entire $150 security deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. Unless otherwise notified, if the registered guest does not arrive by 11:59 PM of the 1st date of reservation the reservation will be considered void and the $150 will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Check-in & Check-out:
You may check in any time between 3pm-7pm, or by special arrangement. Take your time; check out is at noon. No later, please!
Pets:
We are animal lovers but unfortunately, no pets are permitted at Elijah’s Cottage.
Smoking:
Elijah’s Cottage is a smoke-free environment however smoking is permitted on the outside deck.
